Every time I’ve ordered I have gotten updates from the store and my package came quick. Reliable website with cute clothes!

i ordered my package and only half of it came. days later i received a notification that it wouldn’t be coming. DONT HAVE IT TO BUY ON YOUR WEBSITE IF YOU ARENT GOING TO SEND IT. this is beyond annoying but this is only half. i email them several times only for them to say they can’t refund me because it was for sale. So i wasted 20 dollars on a top that never came and they wouldn’t give me a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I ordered clothes and a couple of them came with stains and the threading is already coming undone. Terrible quality!!!!

I've only shopped at Adika a few times, but I've been happy with the products I've gotten each time. Their website is pretty easy to navigate and their sizing is true to size. They also have a decent amount of promotions that go on throughout the year which is always a bonus! They always stay on top of what's trending, I definitely recommend checking out their stuff!

I’ve shopped there 3 times and loved everything that came in!!! Impressed

- Took a long time to even process my order.
- Fabric was decent, but thick
- The sweatpants I ordered were stiff and had too much excess fabric around stitching.
- Size XXL barely fits my size 18 figure. But I had to guess because the size guide only goes up to XL
- Returning items is a hassle, since I’ll be loosing $10 due to taxes/shipping

My package was lost and no one reached out to let me know. When I reached out they were very quick to refund me but then again all the items were sold out and more expensive when I went to go purchase again. Bummed about that

I received my order on time only thing is that the item came damaged but the communication through email I received was immediate and responsive to help me get a new one.
The product is now out of stock but I will be getting my refund and will continue to to business with this shop on the basis of this interaction. I am wary of online shops because of the struggles it takes to get a responses on returns exchanges but Adika is responsive and almost immediate. I am so thankful!!!

SHIPPING: ONE WEEK

The first thing that surprised me was how ridiculously high the shipping fee was. I live in Asia and usually, the shipping fees at most are $15 for regular 7-14 day shipping but this website only allowed express which meant spending $35! While the clothes are cute, you can get similar clothing at princess polly or shein without paying for the shipping.

Apart from the shipping fee, the delivery did arrive pretty fast. It took about 5 business days. The quality was good for the price and the items look just like they did in the pictures.

I have never given a company a rating. However, felt they deserved one. Bought my daughter 3 pairs of jean. They were all too small. Think their sizing runs small compared to other companies. However, they were such a delight to work with. They were so quick to respond and resolve issues with me. I put returns from 2 orders in 1 return box and only included return label for one order. Anyway, they were very responsive and took care of the issue. Nicest team!

i never order before from this store, saw the ads, got in, and i was so in love with the clothes that i had to give it a try.
So i order a few things, i thought i was going to take a lot time to be delivered, but in one week arrive!!
excelent fabric, fits perfect!
